If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, provided the product meets our return conditions (see next slide)

Due to hygiene and health regulations, our products can only be returned if:

• The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original (cardboard) outer packaging.
• The seal of the packaging has not been broken, meaning the product is unopened.

Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot accept or refund products that do not meet these requirements.

To prevent product damage during transport, we recommend using a suitable, sturdy cardboard shipping box. This may also be the original shipping box. This way, we can process your return safely and in the correct condition. When returning, the costs for the return shipment are at the buyer's own expense.

Is the product defective upon receipt? Please take a clear photo of the defect and how the package arrived, and send it by email to our customer service at Beautyworth.info@gmail.com. We will offer you a replacement product or a refund.

If the product meets our return conditions, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Once your return has arrived, we will process it within 5 business days. After processing, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the amount to appear back in your account.
